It has been a long time we were looking for a house. We have been through so many real estate agents and I can say that Melissa was the best out of all of them. After few showing, she figured out our requirements and what we were looking in the house. She searches for the matching property and if  she finds one, she calls us or emails us to see if we are interested. Majority of agents, set us up for automated emails that coming out of their company database that could have list of 20 properties but none of them match with our requirements, but Melissa was there working for us.

Melissa is a wonderful realtor. She is knowledgeable about the towns, homes, local business experts, services and much more. She is responsive to emails almost immediately and always has good advice and honest feedback about the houses. She did a great job working with our lawyer and the other realtor passing information back and forth. I can not say enough good things about her, I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell!
